Membership is open to all individuals and organisations that have an interest in the advancement of automation in British industry.

There are three levels of membership:-

Large Supplier with a turnover greater than £2m: £750+VAT.
Small Supplier with turnover less than £2m: £400+VAT.
User/Academic: Free.

All levels get access to the web site, email notification of activities and access to events run by the association.

• Options to participate in seminars etc, run by BARA
• Electronic distribution of materials to BARA user members
• Networking through BARA activities
• Membership of the BARA e-mailbase
• Reduced advertising rates in the Engineering supplement
• Reduced rates in the Automation and Robotics Show
